Refund policy
- Do you offer returns? No, I'm sorry but all prints and products are made to order so I cannot accept returns.
- What if my product is damaged? If the packaging is damaged, please take pictures of the damage before opening it and send them to me through the form on the 'Contact' page within 2 days of receipt so a claim can be made against the courier. If the product itself is damaged, please take pictures of the damage and send me a message on the 'Contact' page within 2 days of receipt so I can seek a replacement from Whitewall and get it despatched to you as soon as possible. Any replacement for a damaged product will be exactly the same image and size as previously ordered.
