Shot from the pavement on Corsham High Street, this photograph captures the early morning reflections of the street lights on a damp pavement.  Corsham is a market town in north Wiltshire, near Bath. The high street has prospered in recent years and the excellent local pizza restaurant, Mother and Wild, is captured in this image.

The High Street has a well-established connection to film and television. In 2014, Corsham's High Street was transformed into 18th-century Truro for BBC One's Poldark, starring Aidan Turner.   A decade later, Rivals - a Disney+ adaption of Jilly Cooper's novel starring David Tennant, was also filmed on the High Street, this time as Cotchester.
