Terms and Conditions

  1. Do you offer returns?   No, I'm sorry but all prints and products are made to order so I cannot accept returns.
  2. What if my product is damaged?   If the packaging is damaged, please take pictures of the damage before opening it and send them to me through the form on the 'Contact' page within 2 working days of receipt so a claim can be made against the courier.  If the product itself is damaged, please take pictures of the damage and send me a message on the 'Contact' page within 2 working days of receipt so I can seek a replacement from Whitewall and get it despatched to you as soon as possible.  Any replacement for a damaged product will be exactly the same image and size as previously ordered.
  3. Although every effort is made to ensure that the print images displayed on Andy Lomas Photography website are as accurate as possible, I cannot guarantee an exact colour match to the product displayed on your screen due to individual screen and colour differences.
  4. For non-EU countries, depending on the country of delivery, you may be subjected to customs duties, import VAT as additional costs, as well as extended delivery times.  Andy Lomas or andylomasphotography.com is not liable for any of these additional costs or implications.
  5. All images on the website are the copyright of Andy Lomas and cannot be copied or reproduced.  No permission is given by Andy Lomas or Andy Lomas Photography in respect of the reproduction of any images or other material on this website.
